The simulator helps prepare your project. It does not replace a technical assessment of your installation.UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE
MEDIAGON is designed to limit limescale build-up without removing calcium and magnesium from the water. It is not intended to reduce hardness as a salt-based water softener would.

INSTALLATION FEASIBILITY
To prepare your assessment, find an accessible section of pipe and measure the space available around it.
A photo with a measuring tape in view helps us understand the dimensions.

The distance to the wall is measured separately. The final installation dimension will be specified in your assessment.
Indicative dimensions to prepare your assessment. Exact dimensions depend on the pipe diameter and the selected model.
The material your pipe is made of.
The outside diameter of the pipe, in millimetres (mm).
The incoming water supply, the pipe and the space around the installation area.
You can attach photos in the enquiry form. Attachments are optional: you do not need to know every measurement to get in touch.

and the next step.
MEDIAGON is not intended to remove the minerals responsible for hardness. A reduction in French degrees of hardness is therefore not the intended result. Limescale treatment cannot be assessed solely by measuring water hardness.
Yes. Minerals remain in the water and may leave marks as it evaporates. MEDIAGON aims to make deposits less adherent and easier to clean, helping to limit the use of descaling products.
Routine cleaning and the maintenance specified for your equipment must still be carried out.

That depends on your installation and what you want to achieve. Comparing costs alone does not establish that the two approaches meet the same need. The assessment helps clarify this before any changes are made.
The price depends on the selected configuration, the pipe diameter and any adaptations needed. Your proposal specifies the equipment, installation and services included.
